Privacy Policy

2. Data We Collect. When you submit a contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message content. When you browse our website, we may collect standard log data including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamp of access.
3. Purpose of Processing. Personal data is processed exclusively for the purpose of responding to your inquiries, delivering requested services, and maintaining basic website analytics. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data to third parties.
4. Legal Basis (GDPR Art. 6). We process personal data based on: (a) your explicit consent given via the contact form, (b) the necessity to perform pre-contractual measures at your request, and (c) our legitimate interest in maintaining website security and functionality.

Refund Policy
1. Service Delivery. All copywriting services delivered by quickprosepoint are provided as described in the individual service agreement or quote. Upon delivery and your written acceptance, the service is considered complete.
2. Revision Policy. Every service includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in your project scope. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be subject to supplementary charges at our standard hourly rate.
3. Refund Eligibility. Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances: (a) the delivered work materially differs from the agreed project scope, (b) the service was not delivered within the agreed timeframe without prior communication, or (c) a mutually agreed cancellation occurs before work has commenced.
4. Non-Refundable Items. Partially completed work, work already delivered and accepted, and rush-order fees are non-refundable. Strategy sessions and consultations that have been conducted are also non-refundable.
5. Refund Process. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 14 days of service delivery. Approved refunds are processed within 30 business days to the original payment method.
6. Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute regarding refund eligibility, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal remedies.
Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms. By accessing and using the services provided by quickprosepoint (al. 1 Maja 14, 11-500 Gizycko, Poland), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Scope of Services. quickprosepoint provides professional copywriting, brand storytelling, content strategy, and related creative services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project are defined in a separate written agreement or quote issued prior to project commencement.
3. Intellectual Property. Upon full payment, all final deliverables are transferred to the client with full usage rights. quickprosepoint retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing. Working files, raw drafts, and internal research remain the property of quickprosepoint.
4. Confidentiality. Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes business strategies, unreleased product information, pricing data, and internal communications.
5. Payment Terms. Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue unless otherwise specified. A 50% upfront deposit is required before work commences on projects exceeding 500 EUR. Late payments incur a statutory interest rate of 8% per annum as per EU Directive 2011/7/EU.
6. Limitation of Liability. quickprosepoint's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fee paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
7. Cancellation. Either party may cancel a project with 7 days' written notice. Cancellation fees apply as follows: before work begins, full deposit refund; after work begins, deposit is non-refundable and additional time is billed at the agreed hourly rate.
8. Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Olsztyn, Poland.
9. Amendments. quickprosepoint reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
